RZ Variable Limiter

This is just a simple plugin I'm using for my current project. 

This plugin allows you to set minimum and maximum limits on variables. This can also be done using events. The plugin just reduces eventing bulk which can be helpful if multiple events call the same variable. Instead of using conditional branches to prevent going over or under the variable (when changing the value) you can simply define it here!
