RZ Character Select Plus

- Create a character select

- When a character is selected the game will start with only that actor in party.

- Allow user to select a background from img/titles1 from the parameters

- Highlights the selected character and darkens the rest

- Displays the character's name and class

- Option to swap the info and choose messages to display info up top (option is in the parameters)

New Features:

- Mouse support

- Set actor spawn map and coordinates

- Set alt actor images (defaults to face image if nothing chosen) size 144x144

- Set custom "please choose character" text

Notes:

- You can comfortable have up to 24 actors listed. Any more than that and things get silly. 

- The selection grid will remain centered if you change the resolution but will not scale be aware.
